Cancellation and Refund Policy
To ensure the highest level of service and availability to all our clients, we adhere to the following cancellation and refund policy:

Refunds: Full refunds are available for services canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled trip.

No-Show / No Cancellation Notice: If there is no cancellation notice given, or if the notice is given less than 24 hours before the trip, the service will be charged in full and no refund will be issued.
